Our foundational class is designed to set new students up for success and help experienced students deepen their understanding of our technique. Instructors teach simplified choreography and offer step-by-step support so you can master the moves without missing a beat. A great way to ready your body — safely and systematically — for more challenging Bar Method classes. Who it's for: Anyone who wants to learn foundational form so you can get the most out of each class. Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early and give yourself a few minutes to park
  • Free street parking directly in front and around the neighborhood (Please do not park in PNA or Redmill parking lots; they tow)
  • Bring a pair of socks that cover your entire foot (open-top is fine, but no exposed toes)
  • Wear comfortable leggings and an athletic top
  • Please bring a water bottle (only capped clear liquids are allowed in the studio room)
  • No cell phones or gum in class

The interval format of each class at The Bar Method is designed to elevate your heart rate while building cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
