Because flexibility is as important as strength, we offer Bar Restore. The first half of this class features elements of our signature Bar Method class, designed to give you an intense workout. The second half slows down to focus on stretching the muscles you've just challenged. You’ll emerge feeling renewed and recharged!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early and give yourself a few minutes to park
  • Free street parking directly in front and around the neighborhood (Please do not park in PNA or Redmill parking lots; they tow)
  • Bring a pair of socks that cover your entire foot (open-top is fine, but no exposed toes)
  • Wear comfortable leggings and an athletic top
  • Please bring a water bottle (only capped clear liquids are allowed in the studio room)
  • No cell phones or gum in class

The interval format of each class at The Bar Method is designed to elevate your heart rate while building cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Each exercise is meticulously designed to transform your body through high-repetition, low-impact resistance training. With elements of Pilates and strength training fused into a ballet-inspired barre workout, you will experience unthinkable flexibility, total-body definition, and metabolism-boosting endurance that lasts long after class.
