FlowBarre is a total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, dance-inspired movement, and core strengthening exercises. Expect a total body burn while using small intense interval exercises choreographed to immersive and inspiring music. Classes are low impact, energetic, effective, and fun.    FlowBarre is performed barefoot or in socks.
