Class Overview

This 25 minute class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This includes twisting, crunches, planks, among other core exercises. Build a stronger core and live a better, pain free life.   This is a free class and will not count against your monthly class limit.
