Classes offered: BodySmith offers a full line of boot camp style classes including FIT (Functional Interval Training), Kettlebell, and Punk Rock Fitness.  They also offer boxing, kickboxing, and yoga classes.  BodySmith will be expanding in January 2013 to offer additional services, including indoor cycling.

What makes it unique and why you should try it? With two locations in DC (Logan Circle and Glover Park), BodySmith specializes in personal training and innovative, small classes to offer individualized attention for each client.  BodySmith prides itself on being a true neighborhood gym that makes their clients feel like they belong to a family. They also offer personal assessments, cardio equipment and a spa!

Advice for newbies? BodySmith offers a "New Client Intro" with a week of unlimited classes for $25 to allow to all potential clients to try it out with no strings attached.  Since their classes are small, they can cater to all skill levels...so check it out!

Favorite things to do in DC? Take a hike through Rock Creek Park or enjoy a run to the Nation's Capital and monuments and enjoy the amazing view.  Reward yourself with a nice lunch at one of the five-star restaurants on 14th Street.
