Advice for first-timers: Come into City Surf with an open mind! Our group fitness classes will be a new experience for a large majority of people in the class with you. Embrace the challenge. Five minutes into the class, your body will adjust and you will be smiling and enjoying one of the best workouts of your life! Surfing is a foreign experience for most people but at the same time is a high intensity workout that we want to share with the landlocked population.

Favorite things to do in Dallas? Going to concerts (favorite venue is the Granada Theater), Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks games, and enjoying all of the great restaurants, especially the Velvet Taco and Cedars Social.
