Play Hard Gym

Types of classes offered: Parkour instruction, conditioning classes, circuit training, cardio dance class and strength training classes

What makes Play Hard Gym unique and why you should try it: Play Hard Gym's philosophy is that workouts should be fun, and they put that philosophy into practice with workouts that are dynamic, challenging, rewarding, and most importantly, fun. At Play Hard you will never see a treadmill or single-use weight machine. Instead, you will find a parkour obstacle course, a huge open mat, free weights and resistance bands, and all sorts of other fun multi-use equipment at your disposal along with instructors who will challenge and encourage you to take on some of the most  fun and creative workouts you've ever experienced!

Play Hard GymOwner's advice for first-timers: Don't be afraid! The space and the classes may look a little intimidating at first, but we promise you'll enjoy them! The instructors and other participants are easy-going and supportive, and the only person to compete against is yourself. Just pace yourself, keep an open mind, and be ready to have a great time getting a great workout!

The Play Hard Team's favorite things to do in Atlanta: Hankook Taqueria to get a bite, Atlanta Rocks climbing gym, High Country Rugby plays a great game, and the Shakespeare Tavern for a bit of culture!

Did you know? Play Hard's owner, lead instructor, assistant instructor and both parkour instructors know each other from doing stunts together for films and commercials. Ask them for interesting stunt stories...they have some good ones!
