Featured Recipe: Lithe Clean Tea

Not only does Lithe Method creator Lauren Boggi motivate us with her awesome (and fun!) Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting workouts, but she also inspires us with her mouth-watering local, seasonal recipes.  This former USC cheerleader and wellness guru embodies a fit, hip, healthy lifestyle evidenced by her amazing glow that radiates from the inside out.  

What's her secret? Lauren has started every day for the past six years with this easy-to-make, clean detoxifying tea.  Sounds like the perfect ritual to start your morning off with the right sip! 

What You'll Need (1 Serving):

Boiling Water
1 tsp. of Bragg's apple cider vinegar
1 small, thumb-sized knob of fresh ginger, sliced
2-3 slices of lemon
1/4 tsp. tumeric powder
1 tsp. maple syrup

How To Make It:

Add ginger, lemon slices and tumeric powder to a teapot with boiling water and brew for 5 minutes. Stir in a teaspoon of maple syrup and Bragg's.  Enjoy!

  • It is my opinion that it is helpful to spend some time playing games like these on sometimes since they assist to relieve stress; however, it is not a good idea to do so on a regular basis because it may cause you to disregard other commitments.
