Open gym blocks give you access to the range of equipment Five Points Academy offers, including state of the art cardio machines, free weights, kettlebells, plyometrics boxes, power rack, rope, bumper plates and tire.

Why It's So Effective: Martial arts classes combine functional movements with cardio conditioning, core conditioning, strength training, flexibility, balance and agility, giving you a full body workout in the process. And how cool do you look with fighting gloves on!?

Know Before You Go: All martial arts classes are performed barefoot, but have athletic shoes ready for conditioning classes. Gloves are available for purchase or rental, and wraps are available for purchase. Mats and towels are provided free of charge.
