FitReserve Studio Spotlight: Title Boxing Club

11.21.2015

It’s time to fight for your fitness at Title Boxing Club! Whether you’re a Million Dollar Baby in the making or have never hit the bag, this studio will help you to hit your hardest and get the most out of its total body workout. Incinerate calories, tone your core and work out aggression in both the total body boxing and kickboxing classes, and leave with more energy and less stress. Better yet, “get fit without getting hit”: the 100-pound bag takes all of your punches without ever fighting back!

Neighborhood: Hell’s Kitchen

Classes Offered: Boxing, Kickboxing

Why We Love It: Talk about physical empowerment: In addition to being an amazing full-body workout, this class will teach you how to throw a punch safely, making you feel like a total boss.

Why It's So Effective: This class systematically kicks your butt! Get your body ready for the bag with a 15-minute warm-up, torch calories and strengthen muscles during 30 minutes on the bag, and sculpt and stretch muscles during a 15-minute cool down. In each hour-long, cardio-intensive class, you can burn up to 1,000 calories!

Know Before You Go: New students should arrive 20 minutes early to prepare for class, and returning students to arrive 10 minutes early to wrap their hands. Hand wraps are mandatory, and can be purchased at the studio. Boxing gloves are provided free of charge.

Don't Miss: Position yourself for success during your first few classes (as in: don’t hide out!) Go for the bags in the center, where most of the demonstrations take place, to ease the learning process.

Added Bonus: Boxing gloves equal Instagram gold: raise your social media Q with a Rocky-inspired selfie after class.
