Founded by fitness expert and Pilates pioneer Alycea Ungaro, Real Pilates offers Pilates classes that utilize reformers, towers and mat training. Each class in this bright, clean, boutique studio is ten students or less, and is designed to be challenging for every level Pilates practitioner. Whether taking this class as your main type of workout, or using it to support other activities, work toward long, lean, flexible muscles at Real Pilates!

Why We Love It: All of the classes are phenomenal in this studio, but we're particularly obsessed with the SpringTONE® signature class. This fast-paced, high-resistance class is the key to breaking through a fitness plateau for intermediate and advanced students.

Why It's So Effective: Using springs and body resistance, Pilates creates long, lean, flexible muscles. The small class size at Real Pilates ensures that instructors can give students personalized attention, correct and adjust poses, and encourage them to put in the work needed to maximize a Pilates practice.
