FitReserve Studio Spotlight: TrampoLEAN

Why We Love It: Why do we love bouncing on a trampoline? Do you even have to ask? There’s nothing more fun than unleashing your inner child by jumping on a trampoline, and nothing better than burning mega-calories while doing it.
Why It's So Effective: Though this low impact exercise is easy on the joints – especially the knees – it has the same cardio endurance and calorie-burning benefits as running. Add to this an increased body and special awareness, core-defining stability training, muscle-building weight training, and coordination practice, and you have a full-body workout that also happens to be a blast!
Know Before You Go: So, how do you dress for a trampoline? Be playground ready with form-fitting athletic pants or loose shorts, and a quick-drying shirt. You can go barefoot, or wear grippy socks during class and bring your own towel for showers and during class. All classes held at DANY Studios.
