Talk about a playground workout! Get ready to jump for joy at TrampoLEAN, the rebounding, resistance training workout that will have you sweating with a smile. Classes are taught on premium mini trampolines, and combine cardio endurance, muscle toning, and high intensity interval training. Though these classes are a blast, they’re also very effective, and will have you jumping your way into fitness.

Neighborhood: Hell’s Kitchen

Classes Offered: Abs + Interval Training, Booty Sculpt: Legs + Butt, Arms + Butt, Butt + Abs (Core Conditioning), Total Body Burn

Why We Love It: Why do we love bouncing on a trampoline? Do you even have to ask? There’s nothing more fun than unleashing your inner child by jumping on a trampoline, and nothing better than burning mega-calories while doing it.

Why It's So Effective: Though this low impact exercise is easy on the joints – especially the knees – it has the same cardio endurance and calorie-burning benefits as running. Add to this an increased body and special awareness, core-defining stability training, muscle-building weight training, and coordination practice, and you have a full-body workout that also happens to be a blast!

Know Before You Go: So, how do you dress for a trampoline? Be playground ready with form-fitting athletic pants or loose shorts, and a quick-drying shirt. You can go barefoot, or wear grippy socks during class and bring your own towel for showers and during class. All classes held at DANY Studios.

Don't Miss: Mix up your workout by trying all of the targeted TrampoLEAN classes. Each class targets different areas of the body, and all include the signature cardio burn of trampoline rebounding.

Added Bonus: Go ahead and work up a sweat: showers and locker room facilities are available to clean up after class.
