Class Overview

A deep practice that focuses on hips, hamstrings and opening tight areas through long holds of poses. A great practice for athletes or anyone with chronic tight areas. Works to stimulate the bodies connective tissue and create greater flexibility. Complimentary for those that practice more vigorous types of yoga and those that play sports.
