Class Overview

In the midst of our fast paced, modern lives, sometimes we just need the time and space to slow down. Yin Yoga invites you to do this by creating space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.This class will have you on the floor most of the time, holding poses for 2-5 minutes each. This allows the joints and fascia to relax and release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more attention.Our Candlelit - Yin class is a great option for those just beginning their Yoga journey. This class also offers a few moments of sound healing with crystal bowls. Note: Sound healing is subject to cancel based on substitute teachers.

Inside each studio location, Kaia Yoga has created a place for you to center yourself and purify your body, mind, and spirit.

Kaia means "pure" in Sanskrit, and purity is central to all they teach and practice. Through mindfulness meditation, traditional yoga in various forms, and healing modalities to support and deepen your practice, they invite you to a refreshing life of purity and joy.
