Our prenatal yoga class supports you through all stages of pregnancy. While pregnancy is a beautiful journey, it can also be challenging. Yoga helps you connect with yourself and your growing baby. In this class, you’ll learn essential breathing techniques and poses to ease discomfort and prepare for birth and motherhood.

Inside each studio location, Kaia Yoga has created a place for you to center yourself and purify your body, mind, and spirit.

Kaia means "pure" in Sanskrit, and purity is central to all they teach and practice. Through mindfulness meditation, traditional yoga in various forms, and healing modalities to support and deepen your practice, they invite you to a refreshing life of purity and joy.
